1. What is the difference between a FUN and PROTECT harness?
The AnnyX Fun and PROTECT harness do have the same design and fit, and both harnesses are fully padded. The difference lies in the neon coloured fabric and reflective piping of the PROTECT harness. With an AnnyX PROTECT dog harness, your dog is more visible at night time. Can also be used as a tracking harness in woods.
2. How do I know which size AnnyX dog harness my dog needs?
If you want to buy an AnnyX harness for your dog, please see our AnnyX size guide. Here we explain how to measure your dog to find the right size. Do you already have a harness for your dog, but can't remember the size? Take a look under the sliding buckle on the left neck strap of the harness. You will find a white size label, telling you the size of the harness.
3. Can AnnyX harnesses be washed in the washing machine?
Fortunately, yes :-) All AnnyX harnesses are machine washable at 30 degrees. Do not tumble dry.
4. Can you adjust or repair my dog's AnnyX harness?
Yes, you can have an AnnyX harness adjusted or repaired by us. Did your dog get it's teeth into the AnnyX harness? Contact us, it is often possible to have the harness repaired. We only repair AnnyX dog harnesses, even if the harness was not bought at 4Kyon.com.
5. Can I exchange or return an AnnyX harness that was purchased from you?
Yes, that is no problem, 4Kyon will accept returns for non-personalised and non-customised items. The harness must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt. We recommend carefully trying on your new AnnyX harness indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.
6. Is the AnnyX dog harness an anti-pull harness?
No, an AnnyX dog harness does not help prevent your dog from pulling. Our experience is that no harness can prevent a dog from pulling.
7. Can I customize the colours of an AnnyX harness?
Unfortunately not. AnnyX is a German brand and their harnesses only come in fixed colour combinations. They release so-called limited editions once or twice a year. These have colour combinations that are not in their basic collection. These harnesses are only available as long as stock lasts. 4Kyon is an official dealer of AnnyX since 2015, but we do not know when AnnyX will release new limited editions. As soon new limited editions are launched, you will find them at 4Kyon.com.
8. Where can I find AnnyX shops?
Since 2015 we have been importing the Annyx harnesses from Germany and selling them online. This made us the very first webshop in the Netherlands and Belgium to offer AnnyX harnesses online. We are located in Hasselt (the Netherlands), near the capital of Overijssel, Zwolle. Contact us to make an appointment when you want to visit us.
9. Can my dog swim with an AnnyX dog Y-shape harness?
Yes, of course! All AnnyX harnesses, including the Safety harnesses, are suitable for swimming. Getting wet is no problem. All rings are made of stainless steel, so you don't have to worry about rusting parts. If your dog has swum in the sea, rinse the harness thoroughly with tap water. Salt water will eventually corrode the straps and lining if your dog swims in the sea regularly.
10. Is an AnnyX harness suitable and safe for use in the car?
The AnnyX dog harnesses are suitable for use in the car because of their Y-shape. NOTE: AnnyX harnesses are not specially developed as car harnesses.
