Returns Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. But please note that embroidered and personalised items are not returnable. If you have submitted the wrong neck size or have chosen a wrong collar model, please do contact us. Often we can adjust a dog collar, so that it can still be worn by your dog.

4Kyon will gladly accept returns for non-personalised and non-customised items. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt. 

We recommend carefully trying on your new 4Kyon or AnnyX products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking outside.

Returns Process

Non-personalised and non-customised items may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order, provided you adhere to the following:

  • Report by email within 7 days of receipt.
  • Return item in unused, resalable condition with it’s original packaging.
  • Add original packing slip to the order.
  • Shipping costs for returning are for customer’s account.
  • Return your item with sufficient postage. We will not accept items that are unstamped, have insufficiently postage or COD packages.
  • You will receive a confirmation as soon as we have received your returned item.
  • 4Kyon will make a full refund provided the item is returned in resalable condition.
  • Your money will not be refunded when item has been used, worn and / or washed or if you have tried to repair a defect by yourself.

Please take these terms and procedures for returns into account. If these are exceeded, we cannot accept your return.

Exchange

We cannot offer exchanges on items. In order to return an item for a different item, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like. Exchanges are handled as separate transactions. Your return will be credited to your credit card and your new order will be charged to your credit card. Please note, we can only offer exchanges on non-personalised and non-customised items.

Warranty/Guarantees

4Kyon guarantees all products at time of purchase against material and manufacturing defects for a period of 12 months. This does not include chewing or abuse. If you experience a problem with a product purchased via the 4Kyon website please; provide full details together with a picture showing the defective issue. Send to info@4kyon.com.
