Before sending anything to us

Send us an email with:

clear photos of the defect and of the entire Anny X harness or 4Kyon product
a short explanation: what happened? (perhaps someone was a little too enthusiastic with their teeth? 😉)
where and when the item was purchased (even if your Anny X harness was not purchased with us, we will still repair)
please wash your Anny X harness or personalised collar
include a note to your parcel with your name and address, order number (if known) and a short description
