What size Anny X harness does my dog need?

Choosing the right size depends on your dog’s chest size, weight and age. Use our size guide to measure your dog’s chest accurately.

How long does delivery take?

All of our personalised orders are usually shipped with PostNL within 1 to 2 weeks. AnnyX Harness usually between 1 to 3 working days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. You can then use it to track your order on the courier's website.

Depending your location, allow a delivery time of 1 to 10 workingdays.

How much does shipping cost?

A standard shipping charge of £6 will be charged on all UK orders. We are used to ship our products worldwide. Shipping rate is calculated at check out.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from us. But please note that embroidered and personalised items are not returnable. If you have submitted the wrong neck size or have chosen a wrong collar
model, please do contact us. Often we can adjust a dog collar, so that it can still be worn by your dog.

4Kyon will gladly accept returns for non-personalised and non-customised items. The items must be new in appearance and free from hair and dirt. Find our UK and NL returns address here

Is it possible to ship an order urgently?

YES. Urgent orders are often possible. Please contact us first to discuss the possibilities.We are a small and flexible
company and therefore urgent orders are often possible. Costs for an urgent order are 7.50 euro. Please take into account we are not responsible for delays with our shippingpartners PostNL or DHL.

I want to order multiple collars, leads or harnesses at once, can I get a discount?

Yes, when you want to order 5 or more items, please contact us for a personal discount.
