What is the difference between the FUN and the PROTECT harness?

The AnnyX Fun and PROTECT harness do have the same design and fit, and both harnesses are fully padded. The difference lies in the neon coloured fabric and reflective piping of the PROTECT harness.

Which collar size do I choose for my dog?

Your choice of collar size is very personal and depending your dog and your preferences. Maybe you prefer a broad dog collar, while another person not. Some dog breeds need a more broad dog collar than others.

What is a Martingale collar?

Martingale collars are also known as Greyhound Collars or Humane Choke Collars. The Martingale Dog Collar was designed for Sighthounds (ie, Greyhounds, Whippets, Italian Greyhounds, Borzoi, Saluki, etc) because their necks are larger than their head and they can slip out of traditional side release dog collars.

A Martingale style dog collar is ideal for training and does not need to be resized for each fitting. These dog collars enable control while preventing the choking effect of a slip collar.

What is the difference between a Half Slip collar and a Martingale dog collar?

These collars are very similair and have the same effect. When correctly sized, these dog collars will prevent the dog backing out of its collar. Martingale collars are usually used for dogs with long necks like whippets and podencos, while halfchecks are used for dogs with average necks.

Half slip and Martingale collars keep your dog's head from slipping out of the collar when walking or when your dog gets too excited. Both collars are made with two loops. The larger loop slips onto the dog's neck, and a lead is clipped to the ring on the smaller loop. When the dog pulls, the tension on the lead pulls the small loop taut, making the large loop smaller and tighter on the neck to prevent escape.

How can I check if my order has been received?

You will get an order confirmation to your email shortly after completing your order.

Can I amend my order after I've placed it?

YES. Please contact us as soon as possible and submit a ticket or email us to request changes to your order. Once your order is taking into production or packaged, amends can no longer be made.

Can I combine my orders?

YES. Please contact us as soon as possible and submit a ticket or email us to combine orders. Once your order is packaged, combined shipping is no longer possible.

Can I cancel my order after I've placed it?

YES. You may for any reason cancel your order, before your order is taken into production.
Please contact us as soon as possible and submit a ticket or email us to combine orders. 4Kyon will make a full refund within 7 days.

When will my order ship?

We aim to deliver your customised order within 2 to 3 weeks of receipt of your order and payment. Depending on how busy we are, it can also be earlier or slightly later (up to a maximum
of 4 weeks). We aim to keep delivery time as short as possible.

If you need an item urgently, please contact us to discuss the
possibilities. We are a small and flexible company, therefore urgent
orders can often be done in time.

When ordering several products at the same time, estimated delivery time of your order will be according to item with the longest delivery time.
As soon as we ship your order, you will receive a message by email including a track and trace link.

Shipping

Is it possible to ship an order urgently?

YES. Urgent orders are often possible. Please contact us first to discuss the possibilities.We are a small and flexible company and therefore urgent orders are often possible. Costs for an urgent order are 7.50 euro. Please take into account we are not responsible for delays with our shippingpartners PostNL or DHL.

Do you ship worldwide?

YES. We are used to ship our products worldwide. Shipping rate is calculated at check out.

Shipping methods and times

All of our personalised orders are usually shipped with DHL with an estimated arrival time between 2 to 3 weeks. (AnnyX Harness usually between 5 to 10 working days)

PLEASE NOTE: Our advised delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks however orders may take up to 4 weeks. We cannot re-send anything until it was been 10 working days from despatch date.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free standard shipping for orders over £100. A standard shipping charge of £6 will be charged on orders less than £100. Contact us for Express Delivery, extra costs may apply.

Can I change my shipping address subsequently?

YES. Please contact us as soon as possible and submit a ticket or email us to request an address change. Once your order is shipped, amends can no longer be made.

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. You can then use it to track your order on the courier's website.

Do I have to pay Tax and Customs Duty?

You will not have to pay anything to the delivery company to receive goods worth less than £135 unless they’re gifts over £39 or excise goods (for example, alcohol and tobacco).

Which payment methods do you accept?

All our payment methods are fully secure. All personal information (such as payment information, email and address) and payment details are protected by encryption and by an additional authorization process.

In our 4Kyon online shop you can pay with the following payment methods:

Can I change the chosen payment/shipping method afterwards?

NO. Unfortunately it is not possible to subsequently change the already chosen payment and/or shipping method.

Returns

I’ve changed my mind about a product I ordered, can I return it?

Embroidered and personalised products are not returnable. If you have submitted the wrong neck size or have chosen a wrong collar model, please do contact us. Often we can adjust a dog collar, so that it can still be worn by your dog.

Non-personalised and non-customised goods may be returned within 30 days of receiving the order. Click here for more information on returns.

Can I exchange a product?

YES, but NOTE: we can only offer exchanges on non-personalised and non-customised items. However, the original purchased item must be returned first, to return a product, please follow the return process here.
Then place a new order for the item(s) you would like to purchase. When we have received the original product(s), we will then go ahead and refund from the original payment option.

What is the time limit for returns?

You have the right to return non-personalised and non-customised items within 30 days of receiving the order.

Please note: Embroidered, personalised products are not returnable. If you have submitted the wrong neck size or have chosen a wrong collar model, please do contact us. Often we can adjust a dog collar, so that it can still be worn by your dog.

How do I return my order?

When will I receive my refund?

Upon receiving the returned product you will be issued a full refund which can take up to 7 working days. We recommend carefully trying on your new AnnyX products indoors, keeping the packaging intact, before taking it outside. Click here for more information.

How much does it cost to return?

Shipping costs for returning to our UK returns address are for customer’s account. Click here for our returns address.

Can I combine returns for different orders?

YES, but please always contact customer support in advance to let us know if you would like to send back items from separate orders in the same return package. We need the order ID's from both original orders to be able to process the refund correctly.

Account

Do I need to create an account to shop with you?

You don't need to have an account to shop 4Kyon or AnnyX products. However, having an account can save you time e.g. during checkout as it securely saves your address and payment details for future purchases & also to see your purchase history. It is not mandatory if you just want to place an order.

How do I create an account?

Creating a 4Kyon account is quick and easy. Just follow the following simple steps and you'll soon be ready to order.

  1. Go to the 'Sign in icon' which can be found on the top-right corner of your screen. After this click 'Create an account'.
  2. Enter your details and click on 'Create account' after accepting Terms & Conditions.
  3. Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a
    confirmation email. You can then just sign in and start shopping.
How do I log in to my account?

If you already have an account, just click 'Sign in icon' at the top right-hand corner of the screen and enter your login details. This will be your email address and the password you used when you created your
account.

I have forgotten my password, what do I do?

Click on 'Forgot your password' and enter your email address and click 'Send'. You will receive an email with a link in it (please note: this email may take some time to reach you and could appear in your spam / junk folder).
Click on the link in the email when you receive it, and you'll be directed to enter a new password. You can then use the new password to login to your 4Kyon account.

I'm having trouble signing into my account

Email Address: Please check that you are using the correct email address that you linked to your account.

Password: Check CAPS Lock and NUM Lock on your keyboard. If you're sure you're using the correct email address, try to reset your password here.

If these weren't helpful and you still cannot sign into your account, please contact our customer service.

How do I change my account settings?

To change the settings of your 4Kyon account, please go directly to the Account Information. There you have the possibility to change your mobile number, e-mail address, delivery and/or billing address.

How do I change my email address?

To change your email address of your 4Kyon account, please go directly to the Account Information. There you have the possibility to change your e-mail address. Please note that this new email address will be your new login credential as well.

How do I delete my account?

If you'd like to delete your account, please contact our customer service. The law does not allow the complete deletion of order data until a certain time limit has expired. Contact our customer service if you need more information.

Please note that we can only delete your account if:

  • There are no open amounts due.
  • You do not have a refund still in process or due.
  • None of your orders are currently in shipment.

If your account does not meet the conditions above, we can not delete it immediately. Where possible, please resolve any open matters. For open refunds and orders currently in shipment, we kindly ask for your patience. If you ordered less than 30 days ago, your account will be deleted as soon as the return period is over.
