All our collars are adjustable, about 2cm smaller and up to 6cm larger than the necksize you tell 4Kyon.

CUSTOMISATION
Our team works hard to make sure that your collar is made exactly to your expectations. All text is embroidered using capital lettering. Personalised text will not repeat around the dog collar. Personalised text will be placed on the collar at our discretion unless otherwise instructed.
Without specific instruction as to the placement of the lettering, we cannot accept responsibility for text covered after adjusting the collar. For best results, communicate the exact neck size of your dog.
All of our personalised orders are usually shipped with PostNL with an estimated arrival time between 2 to 3 weeks. (AnnyX Harnesses usually between 5 to 10 working days)
4Kyon offers free standard shipping for orders over £100. A standard shipping charge of £6 will be charged on orders less than £100.We deliver via PostNL and in special circumstances other couriers. We also require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as items delivered by courier will require a signature.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification including a tracking number. You can then use it to track your order on the courier's website.
