Whether a strap has snapped, stitching is coming loose or a buckle isn’t working as it should, our workshop is ready to bring your harness back into top shape. This way, your trusted gear can stay by your side for many more adventures.
How it works
- Select the type of repair you need in our webshop.
- Wash your Anny X harness and let it dry completely.
- Send the harness to us using your preferred shipping method.
- We carefully repair your harness and send it back to you, including a €5 discount voucher for your next order.
Before sending a harness or collar to us
Please contact us first by email and include the following:
- Clear photos of the damage and of the complete Anny X harness or 4Kyon product.
- A short explanation of what happened
- Information on where and when your harness was purchased (we also repair Anny X harnesses that were not bought from 4Kyon)
- Include a note to your parcel with your name, address and repair order number
Note: Unwashed items will not be repaired.
