Short back Anny X harnesses are designed for dogs where a standard Y-harness sits too far back.

In most cases, a standard Anny X harness fits perfectly. However, in dogs with a more compact build, the chest strap can sit too far back, sometimes even behind the ribcage.

This is also something we often see in dogs that are slightly overweight. You may need to size up based on chest measurement, but the longer back strap of that size can cause the harness to sit incorrectly.

The short back version solves this. The shorter back strap helps position the chest strap correctly on the ribcage, creating a more stable and comfortable fit.

We deliver via PostNL and in special circumstances other couriers. We also require a physical delivery address (not a PO Box) as items delivered by courier will require a signature.
